Dr. Soundara Pandian K began his journey in ophthalmology in 1978 at Aravind Eye Hospital, Madurai, under the visionary leadership of its founder, Dr. G. Venkatasamy.

Since 1986, Dr. Soundara Pandian has been dedicated to bringing quality and affordable eye care to the people of Erode. Over the years, he has performed thousands of successful cataract surgeries, combining extensive clinical expertise with a compassionate and personal approach to patient care.

Dr. S. Jeyanth graduated from Aravind Eye Hospital, Madurai, and went on to pursue advanced training in Paediatric Ophthalmology at Aravind Eye Hospital, Madurai.

He further completed specialised training in LASIK Laser procedures at Narayana Nethralaya, Bangalore, strengthening his expertise in modern refractive and laser eye care.

As the driving force behind Aalayam LASIK Center, Dr. Jeyanth is committed to bringing world-class laser technology and advanced, blade-free procedures closer to the community. Since 2012, he has also shared his knowledge and clinical experience through lectures at leading American, European, and Asia-Pacific Cataract and Refractive Surgery societies, contributing to the wider ophthalmic community.

His approach combines advanced technology, specialised expertise, and patient-focused care to deliver safe and modern solutions for better vision.
